As part of the energy optimization, the attic floors were insulated while preserving the original plasterwork, and the exterior joinery was carefully reconstructed. The stately rectory was stripped of all interior additions and exterior annexes. The building envelope has been restored, and the residence equipped with new, high-performance systems while respecting the neo-Gothic interior. The garden has been revitalized, with the overgrown woodland replaced by an ecological garden.
